The staff at the hotel were the best, providing excellent service. the hotel unit was newly renovated with a nice decor. There was a lot of excellent food available. the location was unbeatable and great, close to Yemin Moshe Neighborhood, making it a nice base for exploring Jerusalem.

Location to shopping, restaurants and historical sights is excellent. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Our room was not luxurious but was very comfortable

Room was spacious, newly renovated, in quiet location to the rear. Very nice, we could relax. Service very good! Breakfast buffet very rich and delicious! Staff very friendly and courteous. The location is perfect to reach many important and interesting points. 10 minutes to the old town. POOL on the roof. Garage.

Location and very nice hotel to stay in!! Not intimidating touch of luxcury. Very obliging staff. Very good facilities. Relaxing atmosphere But bar prices in a question mark: we have been charged nearly200 shekels for 2 j@t and no receipt! Which forced us to go else where in other others evenings.

A four star hotel should have tea making facilities in the room.To charge $5 (and not have the kettle work!) is a nonsence and is unnecessarily inhospitable! (not to mention greedy)
